My LLMD is performing ART testing on me at my next visit. Has anyone benefited from this test and is it worth the $390 in the long run? I've heard good things. Thanks.

I am going to an ART practitioner and one thing I know is that if you want to know what specifically is bothering you, it sure beats some of the fuzzy blood tests that are around.
My ART has told me that I have lyme with most of the coinfections and that I have lead and arsenic heavy metal poisoning.
I doubt if I could have gotten these answers from conventional blood or urine work, at least not easily.
Also it is used to identify the herbs and supplements that work best to rid oneslf of these problems.
Much better than a hit or miss approach.

ART practitioners who call themselves by that are certified. They have to have had a number of seminar hours and taken an exam. They have to have at least taken ART I and ART II and most have taken ART III and now ART IV.
So maybe you can find out a bit more. It is the training and experience that counts, especially with that kind of charges. I know areas in the country are different.
I have only gotten well from a severe case of Lyme because of excellent ART testing and treatment. So go for it, but make sure you have the right person doing it.
Best to you.

ART is PRICELESS if like GIGI said the practitioner is certified and experienced. ART diagnosed my husband with Lyme even when he was symptomless. ART allowed me to find out exactly what my problems are and to address the priority.
Discovery of ART had changed my life!
Ive followed Dr. K. ART I and ART II courses on DVDs. Looking forward to ART III and psycho-kinesiology courses.

Is your doctor an experienced LLMD? Have you been been treated on ABX for awhile?
Please do a search on this website to weigh in on all the facts, and then make your decision.

Any lyme-literate medical doctor who has trained in ART can apply any medicine as treatment. He/she determines its use by testing all with ART. If the body rejects it when it is tested, it will most likely not work for the patient at that time. If the body accepts it when it is being tested, it will work and be a positive for the patient. That is the whole philosophy behind ART.
Doing ART does not preclude taking abx or anything else, as long as it tests well together and does not block the patient's autonomic nervous system which would hinder healing.
Dr. K. prescribed pharmaceuticals incl. abx for me many times when I needed it. But it was always tested before use to avoid negative reactions by the body.
Repeated testing is necessary. A good way to keep an eye on it is to learn some testing to make certain the meds or supplements are still necessary. I use a tensor as do many others; some people use a pendulum or other forms of energetic testing.
Yes, search and then decide.

So far my doctor has been very good. She likes to work with me and take suggestions. She trained under Burrascano's wing from what I am told by many people. As far as if she is certified, I'm not sure. I trust that she knows what she is doing. I'll give anything a shot.
