I have been using coffee enemas once a day for 2 months. I have stopped because a friend said that I needed to juice 3 times for each enema to restore the electrolytes, etc in my body.

Since I have stopped using them last week, I can barely function. Chronic fatigue and exhaustion have set in.

What do you guys know about what you need to eat or supplement with to use the coffee enemas? What protocols do you use.

I was feeling pretty good when I was doing than and now I am miserable.

I am on Doxy and flagyl.

Thank you, Chris

I did them daily for a few years and did not juice. Personally, I would go by how you feel. You felt great doing them. You feel horrible not doing them. Listen to your body.

The Gerson Therapy used for cancer does use both coffee enemas and juicing. Juicing is good for you ..... but when I was sick, I certainly did not have the time to juice, not to mention juice and raw vegetables were too hard for my gut.

If you're worried about minerals, maybe talk to your doctor about a supplement? Or have bone broth regularly?

The greatest investment I have ever made was a Blendtec blender. It's waaaaaaay easier than juicing and it provides tons of nutrients.

You could be half dead, take one minute go in the fridge and throw your veggies in the blender with water. Rinses out in 2 seconds. Vitamix is also top notch blender.

I rarely use my juicer now, just my blender.
