I have genes that do not detox well. I have taken Heel Detox kit for months.

Since Cowden protocol provides detox, is additional remedy needed?

If you are doing the complete Cowden protocol, I wouldn't, since there is so much detox. JMO!

Of course, I would suggest asking your LLMD/ND, but barring that, I agree with surprise. I would just do the Cowden Protocol without any more additions/modifications than are absolutely needed.

Thanks! I plan on stopping the additional detox. I can always go back on it if needed.

I am just finishing month 1 of Cowden.

I have continued to take liposomal glutathione and also my methylation stuff: a B complex, Folinic acid and Methylcobalamin.

I also add her s, psyllium or extra magnesium if I am not going to the bathroom often enough, as I think that is key.

My LLMD has me taking a detox powder that I add a scoop every morning to a cup of skim milk. I purchase it from Vitamin Research Products online.

It works okay for me. It has a lot of vitamins, minerals, etc.

I think you could continue the Heel detox if needed. Everyone is different. Which Heel products are you taking. I think they are specific if I recall correctly - like lymph, kidney, liver...

It depends on the Cowden herbs you are taking. The parsley is probably a kidney/bladder detox, I don't recall which things burbur addresses - liver maybe...? There was one for brain detox, too - I forgot which one that was. So - I don't know if you have any Cowden herbs that address lymph.

It would be good if you know how to dowse or muscle test them. At first, the Cowden herbs are alot but after a while - some aren't that strong while others can knock you out. I guess it depends on what you are dealing with.

Everyone is different. The protocol may have changed since I took it. I did do it for about 6-9 months. Cumanda, Quina & Enula were very strong to me. The others weren't too bad.

Parsley has been replaced on the Support protocol by Trace Minerals.

Of course, anything you do take should not be at the same time as the Cowden stuff, as I expect you know.
