Many here have one but some have the portable FIR and some have the wood units. I have a wood 3 person sauna and I love mine.

Great for detox and I always sleep better on the days I use it.

No room for a wooden one so portable will have to do. There's just so many to choose from.

I got the portable dome sauna through national wholesale pools in Florida. I think $249 free shipping. Best money spent

I have the portable one. Be careful with out gassing...Check the materials to make sure they are not toxic.

I always take a binder before going in cuz it can stir up heavy metals.

I bought the 200.00 one from national pool as I had a perfect corner in a bedroom to stick it in without being in the way. I take the chair out and sit on a towel so my head gets the heat also.

If you body is pretty toxic like mine was start out slow and don't sauna every day but skip days.
I started out drained at first and my forehead broke out like a teenager for a month. Everyone is different with toxic load so you may have no initial problems.

I love mine and can use it as often as I want currently. Be sure and drink lots of water.

The tent works fine for me! I am gradually losing my chemical sensitivity through FIR sweating. I store the tent in the closet so as not to be exposed to any outgassing.

After building up a sweat, you can stay 5-10 minutes more in the tent, then shower off in alternating warm and cool water. This is supposed to stimulate internal bile flow, which is also part of the detoxing.

Has anyone used these with a picc line. A year ago when I wasn't quite as sick, I was able to go on the treadmill with it in but I would only sweat a little.

I really want to get one but don't know if I should due to sweating affecting picc line site.

thanks.
