Was wondering if anyone ever tried this cleanse and if it's ok to use during treatment? Will it interfere with antibiotics?
There doesn't seem to be any binders in it, lots of herbs. I remember years ago I only went 2 days into the treatment before I knew I had lyme, but I had to stop because it actually made me bedridden, I was extra fatigued, so a little hesitant, I can't take much more feeling crappy as I'm alreay on death's door.
But I think it could be good right now I am so toxic.
Thanks

- If you post the link to the MANUFACTURER's page - and a link for the ingredients - we can take a look at the ingredient list.
Offshoot vendors often do not have full detail on their web pages. The top source's site is best.
First caution is to avoid added glutamate or glutamic acid. There are also two other specific excitatory amino acids that should not be added. Detail below.
2nd most important thing to avoid: asparatame. 3rd is "natural flavors" Why:
GMO foods that destroy the GI Tract; Gluten; Dairy. -

- While the one you ask about may be splendid (and I look forward to seeing the link) . . .
Rather than a commercially formula mix, I prefer to use herbal food powders like Gotu Kola, Chorella, etc. This way, I get all the goodness of the plant material instead of ingredients that have been all mixed up in a laboratory.
However I sort of don't get into "cleanses" but would rather just feed my body what it needs to work better. So we may not be talking about the same desire.
Just a couple notes, as this is what comes to my mind as my first choice. NOT stimulating to adrenals but balancing, not a "cola" and no caffeine. Much less expensive than some other mixed formulas. A naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist or the like is a best guide but just a glimpse:
excerpt: . . . It is a brain and memory tonic, and an anti-poison, and very useful for wound and skin healing. . . . -

- Start with ONE capsule (although the serving size is two). Always start with just one with anything new to you.
I know nothing about the company, and can't really tell exactly who makes it or their credentials - or how they source the ingredients.
The manufacturer's home website can tell you more about that, for a start.
However, this appears to be an excellent combination of very good herbs. I see nothing on the list that gives me pause (although I am not familiar with the form of magnesium they use.
The inclusion of Rhubarb and Triphala is important. Good to see those in there. From this combination, it seems that whoever formulated it knows what they are doing.
This should be nice and gentle for you but it's good to always start with a very low dose. Although gentle (because it is so well balanced) it should also be a good help. Gentle is often more effective than cannons blasting as some "cleanse" formulas seem to do.
Hope my two cents helps.
[Disclaimer: In no way am I a professional anything. Studying herbs has just been a "required" past-time for many years. This is not medical advice, just sharing based on my experiences (not all of which were good).] -

- A part of liver support that is not talked about much: poo.
Be sure to eat LOTS of good veggies and that your colon moves once or more times a day. Getting good food into us, & moving through, is a huge help to the liver.
We take the nutrients into our cells for better organ functioning - and the spent food moves the toxic waste out for us.
Not enough emphasis is put on how much food we can move through - and out of our GI tract. So often, it's not enough. Nine servings of veggies a day is a good goal. -
