So,

These two are supposed to be taken 15 minutes apart from one another? Anyone know why? Does the order matter?

Our LLMD has us take all tinctures together. Yes, ideally, it is probably better to separate. But, my kids and I are taking about 10 different things, 4 times per day (and this does not include abx or supplements). It's just not possible to separate them all by the 15 minutes. We have tried in the past to separate them and now we don't. We simpley ran out of hours in the day and sanity. Have had continuous improvements for two years no matter which was we do it.

We put samento cumanda and burbur in the same glass and it works just fine.

I do not think it matters . I took samento and cumanda for a year and made very little improvement , though I did herx . The Burbur was a complete waste of money .

When I was taking, I would take one first, let dissolve under the tongue. Then I would take the other right after. This method was recommended by a LLMD on west coast who said he saw great progress with many of his patients taking this way.

I was up to 30 drops of each twice a day and stopped recently. I think it helped, but I wonder if you build up a resistance to this. I was having more head aches recently and just not doing so well emotionally.

I am now seeing an herbalist who uses a lot of Buhner's protocol. Also getting some acupuncture for my tinnitus. It has helped so far!

dbpei - it may have been knocking down lyme and bart but if you weren't adequately treating babesia, that could account for the increase in headaches and emotional stuff. Are you more fatigued? Any air hunger? GSE (Agrisept-L) is what we use to get rid of babesia when taking the nutramedix things for lyme and bart and ehrlicia, etc.

tickbattler, I have recently started to see an herbalist who is trained in Chinese medicine. He is also a doctor of acupuncture and is trying to help tone down my tinnitus while I am healing. The acupuncture is making the treatment more bearable, I think.

I am taking the Japanese knotweed, Androgaphis, Cat's Claw and a potent concoction to break down the biofilm. The adrographis is anti-malarial and anti-parasitical, known to combat babesia. Hoping it will zap it if it is still in my system. I was on mepron and necessary macrolides for 5 months and responded well.

I don't seem to be having head aches now, and the emotional stuff is definitely better! I haven't had any air hunger but every now and then I feel like my lungs are not quite right.

I am just getting started in the new protocol. Thanks for the advice! I will definitely keep it in mind and add babesia herbs if necessary.

Apparently, it does matter but it depends upon which two (or more) are taken.

Some cannot be taken with certain other ones but are okay with others.

Dekrator48 posted a fabulous chart to help determine which can go with which. And, as stated:

IF PRODUCTS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE then take them in separate glasses of water AT LEAST 15-20 minutes apart.

It's still best to ask your doctor about why they tell you to keep something separate. I always remember better when I HEAR why.

Posting again because it's just such a good chare, from Dekrator48:

CD57 - yes, not many know it but GSE hits babs VERY well. The only thing that works faster for us is the Dr. K cocktail with the liposomal artemisinin. When we are reinfected, we do both.

Maybe the GSE you used was not as effective? That is pretty much all our EDS practitioner uses to kill babs. It takes about 7 to 8 months. Most don't believe it because the LLMD's don't talk about it or use it for that but it has worked for us every time for both microti and duncani. We do add the cocktail now with it because it works so much faster.

I was told to take samento and banderol on an empty stomach as well. Does everyone comply with this?

How many drops Tickbattler? I have Citricidal. I have taken up to 20 drops 2x day with no reaction but never gave it very long.

How do you know it got your babs, if I may ask?

Any thought on taking Salt/C and Braggs ACV with things like Cat's Claw, Cryptolepis, and Sida Acuta?

Burhner's book said its OK to mix ACV with Cat's Claw, but the other stuff is not covered in the current edition.

I've been taking Cat's Claw for several months, and worked up to 40 drops twice a day.

I plan to start Cryto slowly 5 drops at a time twice a day, and work up to 1/4 tsp dose 3 times a day. Then add and ramp up the Sida Acuta.

I'm coming off two years of heavy ABX with 15 month on IV, and long round of double dose Mepron
which has shown good progress. I'm hoping mixing in some herbs will help me to the finish line.

CD- I have no idea if other GSE products work as well but you might try getting Agrisept (K Iverson on ebay sells it cheap) would work up slowly to around 15 drops twice/day. You can probably kill it with 10 twice/day but 15 works a bit faster. I take 20 twice/day to hit candida and another protozoa (blastocystis) that I have been battling. I don't have babesia anymore (at least until the next mosquito bite).

gmb - I am on salt C with a lot of other things and am getting better. Parasites are my issue right now.
