I really don't know if I have any information that helps you because I don't know what kind of detox agent you need. All I can say is what helps for me. I pulse N Acetylcysteine and Alpha Lipoic Acid every couple months. I naturally have a low glutathione level and these two supplements really help. I feel better when I'm on them and for the first few days when I start a new cycle I have noticeable changes in my bowel movements.

I agree with Stephen, those are good ones. Enemas are good too.
I think lemon water is very mild, and does work. You can try food grade DE or chlorella makes me feel better too.
