I was wondering if anyone here has been able to purchase an individual health insurance policy AFTER starting oral antibiotocs treatment.
I know that insurance companies purchase script records to use when they question you about your health history. Has anyone been denied a policy because of records showing you have taken antibiotics for months?

Not denied but super-high premiums I could not afford. Depends on the state too. You might try the high-risk pool in your state. Stinks.

When the state health exchanges are set up in all states as part of the Affordable Care Act, the insurance companies will not be able to refuse people with pre-existing conditions or charge them more. So, one of these days you may get some help.
The hitch is that insurance companies will still be able to deny chronic lyme exists and needs treatment.
