Ugh have to get a filling out today and a crown put on and not by a biological denstist.
Suggestions on what I should do?

Did you call that doc in Kingston I told you about? He actually knows your doctor. He was treated by him yrs ago for a short period of time.

Is it a mercury filling? Take chlorella &/or charcoal prior & after. Take vit. C after - not before (it can prevent the anesthetic from working).
Make sure you tell them to use a rubber dental dam & lots of suction. Try to not breathe in the vapors if possible during the drilling. Try not to take really deep breaths if you can.

Yes it is mecury ugh....I am so nervous but it has to be done. I dont have any charcoal to take before its at home and i have to head right out from work...I can take it right after though...

Yeah, don't worry - you will be fine. Make sure to ask for the dental dam.
Take some charcoal &/or chlorella when you get home. Take some vit C alittle later - like 2-3 hours later.

I would pick up some charcoal after work on your way so you can take before. Then again when you get home. I would also load up on a good mineral supplement. And drink lots of water.

Hey guys! Well it's done have a temp Crown on now just dealing with some pain. The numbness is almost gone
