Hi, I wanted to provide a status a while back but never got around to it.

Here is the background.
After finally going to a good doctor that put me on multiple abx I started to see progress. My body jerks, daily headaches, ear fullness, fevers, fatigue, brain fog and other issues are all gone. I was feeling pretty good other that mild body aches that just would not go away.

A year ago, I started to get heart skipsI got a full cardio work up and everything was clear. I saw a connection between my diet and the heart skips so I started to watch my diet. I saw the heart issues improve. I basically did a grain free diet. Now I am far from eating right. I still blow it all the time. When I see things improve I start eating junk again. I have come to the conclusion that I will have to maintain a good diet for the rest of my life if I want to feel better.

A few months ago I did a stool test to check my gut. It was done via Metametrix? Test showed that I was low on probiotic and some enzymes. It also show unspecified parasites. The doctor that ordered the test did not do much for me other than getting me to buys some supplements. I am going to a new family doctor and hope he treats me for parasites.

So how I feel today? Last June I stopped abx and the mild pain and heart skip started to get better as I adjusted my diet. Basically every issue I had was related to my diet. I had an upper gi done and it showed some inflammation on my gut and an issue with my esophagus. Diet has helped with these issues including the body pain.

But my gut is not heal. In part because I am not taking care of my diet and in part because I have no one to help me treat it. I am not good at self-medicating so that is not an option for me. I need to find a doctor to treat me for parasites and to help me heal my gut. I guess the gut I can do on my own but need help with the parasites.

The last few week I have been feeling off. I was doing a lot of travel. 2 trips from east to west coasts and a long stretch away from home. I started to get some build anxiety which I think was normal due to the travel. This last week though I have been having this sinus type headache and eye pain. Not sure if it is just a virus since I did get sick a few weeks back. Some of my non lyme friends have gotten sick with the flu that have linger for a month. Or it could also be from malnutrition due to my gut issues and me stopping supplements 3 months ago.

Here is what I am doing:
Started Whole30 eating plan whole9life.com basically an anti-inflammatory diest. Will try this for 90 days and see if I get back to feeling 100%
Started my supplements again Multi Vat, Vat B, Omega, CoQ 10, Mag and Milk Thilze
Going to a family doc to get a full checkup and to see if he would treat me for parasites.
Check back with my LLMD last time I saw him about 3 months ago he did not think my lyme was back but since I have new SX I might want to check with him.

Here is what I think could be wrong:
Nothing at all just a virus. - It is going around
Lyme is back - I don't think so but not sure
Parasites - Well I think this could be it since it showed on the test
Malnutrition - Since my gut is not healed and I stopped the supplements.

Thoughts?

HI Philly,
Did you treat for all coinfections plus Lyme? How long did you treat?

You can heal your gut yourself, just start doing the research. Re parasites, check out the parasite warriors thread. Perhaps you could start with salt/C protocol and/or Humaworm.

If you feel like you need a doctor, find a Dr. Klinghardt practitioner. They are probably the most knowledgeable about parasites.

CD57 - I was on abx for about 2 years. I did treat babs and LLMD told me the abx he gave me also worked on bart. My gut (no punt) tell me it is not the traditional coinfections...

tricia, I will look into that.

Soccer, who do I find one.
