Liver enzymes up again. Not a lot but enough for Llmd to take note of? Any suggestions would b great.

My LLMD puts me on Zhangs Hepa #2 Formula when my liver e.'s are up.

NAC = N-Acetyl-Cysteine

NAC is a glutathione precursor. Glutathione is a key player in one of the major detox pathways.

Castor oil packs on the liver area (upper right side of abdomen) can also be helpful for reducing high liver enzymes.

Now, I have so many ideas don't know where to start.

Llmd gave me a liver detox with milk thistle and suggested ala.
