I found something here on Lymenet about the order to take Magnesium, Fish oil and Vitamin C or D.

I can't find it now. It said for these to work that you need to take one than another, than the 3rd vitamin I think to make magnesium work. Any help would be appreciated. [Smile]

Here ya go... Carol in PA said this:

"Your body won't absorb the magnesium well if you're low in Vitamin D.
I take 5000 units of D3 daily...I take it along with the fish oil, as D needs fats to be absorbed.

I'm also taking Boron 3 mg daily, to help prevent the kidneys from filtering out too much magnesium."

Hi, I just saw this.

When I take fish oil and D3 and Boron, I also take CoEnzyme Q10.
I've been taking 200 mg daily, in one dose, along with the fish oil.

CoQ10 needs fats to be absorbed, and I've been buying the powdered stuff in a capsule, as it's less expensive.
(It's all manufactured by the same Japanese company.)

CoQ10 is one of the things the liver uses to make glutathione.
I've been taking it for a while, and wondered if it was doing anything for me.
Then I ran out, and within a couple days I noticed that my fatigue increased.
I guess I do need it.

Doctor's Best, High Absorption CoQ10, 100 mg, 120 Veggie Caps
Our Price: $12.95 (This is enough for two months.)

Healthy Origins, Vitamin D3, 5,000 IU, 360 Softgels
Our Price: $13.49 (This is enough for a year!)
