I had both the eyes and tears intense burning sensations for about an hour at a time. LLMD wasn't sure what was causing this. But it disappeared when I was taken off abx and started treatment for systemic yeast infection. I also had water poisoning and show positive for neurotoxins, waiting for all test results so they know what direction to take.

But it may be any one of these three culprits....

My eyes and face have been burning when I cry too- but I think the HEPA filters are drying out the air a lot and my skin and eyes are really dry.

Any possibility this could be an indication of Graves disease?

i guess its the skin around my eyes...sometimes when i cry its just wet...but other times it really burns. like when peeling an onion. or if you put on the wrong kind of sunscreen and sweat into you eye=that kind of burning

it could be yeast...

i have been in moldy environment and have not detoxed...

i dont know what you mean about water

i was wondering if i am just so loaded with toxins they are coming out in my tears...

i have hypo thyroid...is that the one that goes with graves...i rean out of my armour and have had other problems recently too...gaining weight, falling asleep during day

I have this often It feels like salt in my just like when your sweating and it drips in your eyes.

I think somehow we are just releasing salt in the wrong place.

Detox or methalation problem. Just guessing.

Yes I get this sometimes. My Eyes tear up and it feels like stinging. Doesn't happen often tho and I'm not sure if I can pin what's causing it.

I think Graves is hyperthyroid...but maybe the tears can burn with either one.

You're not alone lpkayak!!! I hate crying because of the stinging...hurts awful!!

Although mine don't last as long as some on the thread has stated.

Oddly enough water from allergies ( which are very severe) and other eye watering causes don't produce stinging.
