I restarted Cumanda, i took it 1,5 years ago without any harsh reactions. Last time on the cowden protocol i did only have mild reactions. This time i took it with tinidazole and i also did samento at the same time i also had doxy and diflucan in the mix.

I felt like crap form the doxy (did not take it a long time!) - i might add i also have chlamydia p. which means doxy is probably effective for chlamydia. I dont herx so strong on minocycline. Thats a bit strange to me.

I was doing pretty ok, only herxed mildly until i added the cumanda. I think in the end it was the combimation of doxy, cumanda and tinidazole... I started to feel like crap. I woke up in pain and strong inflammation even though i detoxed like crazy from all this stuff. It was really scary.

I stopped all meds... did only cumanda. PAIN again.

The pain was clearly from the cumanda. I wonder what it did hit.. bart or lyme? I started straight with 40 drops to hit em hard. It hits something really hard but the pain/inflammation is almost unbearable.

40 drops of cumanda - did you start low? Cumanda (according to Cowden) hits both lyme and bart.

Does your doctor know that you stopped your abx? Not a good idea. Also, they should know that you are muddying the water with your own herbal protocol.

I take quite a few herbals and my llmd is fully aware of them. herbals can cause side effects and can affect various abx treatment - full disclosure is best.

Good luck and take it slow.

It sounds as if you have been too ambitious. I am on the Cowden protocol and have just rotated antimicrobials, with Mira and Cumanda starting at 30 drops of each, which I thought was too much......and sure enough, one or both is/are really hitting me.

There is increased body pain, headache, heavy, woozy, vertigo feeling, dull brain, toxic and flu feelings.

Several of the things you are taking can in themselves lay you flat. If you restart Cumanda, perhaps you should start with very few drops: I too had taken it before, but it still hit me hard.

I also agree with Bitten in Bergen that you should check with your LLMD that these can all be taken together if you have not already done so. For a start, you shouldn't have ANY alcohol when on Tinidazole, so one factor the first time could have been the tiny amount of alcohol in the Cumanda.
