I have changed my diet and cut out processed food, sugars etc. I am consuming a lot of garlic and coconut oil with my foods as well as raw sauerkraut. The back pain has been awful, especially after eating. Could this be die off? Is there anything I can do to ease though it? Anyone use "wow" drops?

Coconut oil always made me herx and proved to be a strong antifungal and antiparasitic for me. Warm water enemas may help to get rid of dead and dying toxins in the lower colon that can cause the back pain you are experiencing.

I think it was probably a combination of the coconut oil, garlic and sauerkraut. Too much of a good thing I guess. Now of course I'm wondering what exactly was dying off?? Candida, parasites, Lyme???
I was in horrible pain all day. I stayed away from all three and took a lot of vitamin C as well as detox tea and I'm finally startingto feel better.

I suggest you test one at a time, slowly, and stop if a herx starts, because whatever you're treating is responding. Then do a lesser amount, for slower treating.
