I get bulk at the healthfood store and put it in capsules. It reduces joint swelling a bit.

Are you using Tumeric or Curcumin?
My husband recently started using Curcumin for achy muscles.
Is Curcumin something you can take too much of?

Do you mind sharing what brand you use?
- At first, I bought one that really irritated my stomach. I later found one that was OK. I have a REALLY sensitive stomach, but am able to take NOW Curcumin. The cheapest place is from Swanson's Vitamins.
I make sure to take it with food.

Tumeric works great for my husband's jock itch, even better than the meds prescribed by his md.

Which one are you taking? I can't say it rocks my world completely . . but I'm unable to take anything else for pain. I can't even take Tylenol.
No Aleve, NSAIDS, pain pills, no Tramadol, no enzymes. I'm stuck.
