Chocolate isn't on the list.
Nice list though. Only because I already incorporate a few of them in my diet. haha
Thanks.

Nice list tutu. Coconut oil has always worked really well for me. I could swear dark chocolate 72% or better is antifungal. It is high in antioxidants as is coffee.

I could swear on that too about the chocolate glm.
Then that settles it! Chocolate it is. I think it was in that study that says it works better when drizzled over ice cream.

It does work better when drizzed over icecream!! Then when the parasites/candida are feeding off it, hit it with some digestive enzymes and antiparasitic herbs which are also anticandida. Drizzle on some coconut oil and wola!
They gobble up the good stuff with the bad and it kills them dead. Actually, I read an article where some docs where killing a difficult strain of MRSA with abx and sugar.
The same theory applied. They found that abx alone were not working, but when they added the sugar, whamo...the suckers died.
Okay, tutu is probably ready to kill me talking about sugar and candida in the same sentence. This disease is sure to be a conundrum to say the least.

I know we're onto something here.
I'm all for bait and kill for these nasty critters.
I have a feeling we're both gonna' be in trouble here. Hope she doesn't still have that wooden ruler.
I won't tell if you don't. Shhhhugar. Well, it's an easy mistake. Candida. Candy. That could easily be connected to shhhh ah can't get the word out. Not sure about the ruler.
What did you say about coconut cream pie? I missed that somewhere. I know I saw coconut.
That is interesting about the MRSA.

Oh yeah!! Coconut cream pie for sure. Yum Just drizzle some coconut oil over it, with a side of coconut oil. Did I say coconut oil?? Must be the candida making me repeat things.

It's about time we have a real food thread. That IS what this thread is right?
I think you may have mentioned coconut oil once or twice or 1,999999 times but who's counting.
Now there's always Mounds or Almond Joy bars. Dark chocolate and coconut all in one. With or without nuts. Speaking of nuts (me)I think I better go.

Oh YUM MOUNDS! MOUNDS! I LOVE THEM!
Haven't had them in years, so thanks SO VERY much Pocono for reminding me!
And really, really, really are Mounds REALLY THAT bad with their dark chocolate and coconut???
We're saving some calories by omitting that almond and we're even eliminating that joy.
Doesn't that count for anything??? There are so many BAD things we could be eating....
Seems to me like we deserve a little treat like this now and again....just sayin...
Depravation isn't good! And now that summer's almost here, isn't it time for a klondike bar?
Pushing the limit, I know.

Haha.. Sorry, but I had to mention that cake, it was unbelievable. I can't tolerate more than a tiny bit, so I didn't have much, if that's any consolation!!
Sounds like you're a peanut butter and chocolate lover like me.
