Has anyone ever found that doing daily coffee enemas can actually cause a herx?
If so is this because you are releasing toxins too quickly?

Has anyone ever experienced this?
The first few helped a bit and now I feel worse doing them.

That is odd. Coffee enemas dump glutathione into the liver and usually make people feel better. Maybe it's the dump. I had an issue with glutathione pushes (made me herx). My doc thought I was clogged. I don't know if the clogging was due to a methylation/detox issue, or heavy metals (forgot to ask). I guess it could be both. Coffee enemas make me feel great though.

Could it be making my liver too clogged and causing these symptoms to flare?
I know when the liver is clogged or dumping really fast it makes me worse,
I always seem to feel worse when detoxing

I don't know if it was a herx, but my husband never felt good after coffee enemas. He quit doing them.

You might have an issue detoxing (the glute dump might be too much for your body). You might want to get a methyl panel done so you're not guessing. Or it's just too much for your liver (not sure what else you're on).
