Its always hard to tell whats the disease and what is a side effect...I have been on mepron/zith/art for last few weeks; developed a lot of spine pain so added plaquenil...which seemed to help pain, but cause spike in insomnia/anxiety symptoms...Anyone else? Any advice? Take 1/2 the plaquenil?
Any thoughts are truly appreciated...I know we all are, but I'm truly, truly suffering in a way that seems too much to handle.

You could be herxing. Do you keep track of the 3-5 wk time span so you know when the monthly herxes are hitting you?

Plaquenil can make the other drugs more effective and that could make a difference too.
