So last night I got a long scratch on the top of my hand...

It was red... Then it looked like I just got burned. I was little confused because I wasnt touching anything and it just happened. Then I just thought maybe I got scratched earlier and didnt notice. It felt like a burn though.

Anyway, 10minutes later it was completely gone.

Now if it was a scratch or a burn it won't heal in 10 minutes.

It's just so weird, the first time I got something like this,
Have anyone experienced it? And what could it br

Sounds like a bart rash ("Cat Scratch"). Are you treating with Rifampin?

Babs and Bart symtoms can come and go thru Lyme treatment until they are fully treated and in remission.

I've seen many of these on my daughter. Often they go away very soon, just like you described. They are bartonella.
