I am suppose to start Ivermectin today do I take it with food or no food?

No food, and I think it's best to wait at least an hour afterwards before eating.

That is to kill what is in your intestines but it will enter your blood stream ok if you take it with food.
I take it at night before I go to bed. It actually helps me sleep better.
