Decided to try the salt/c protocol. Bought the book by M. Fett and have started the protocol. I am using the ingredients that he recommends ( ester C and himalayan sea salt ). Ramping up slow taking it twice per day.

Problem is I am unable to keep the second dose down. I become nauseated after about 15 minutes and then out it comes. Any suggestions on how to keep from becoming nauseated would be appreciated.

I would really like to stick with this protocol. Maybe smaller dosing to start? I have been drinking plenty of water and taking it near food.

Thanks

What is the dosing you started with? At any rate, if you are vomiting after the second dose, then skip it. The nausea is usually from the dieoff. You might want to do a warm water enema so it can come out that way and release dead and dying parasites from the lower colon.

Thanks for the advise. I am taking approx. 1000 mg (00 gel cap) of salt and 1000 mg capsule of Ester C twice daily. Will try reducing the dosage and maybe work up slower.

Thanks
