I don't think I'm mixing this right. It's the powder formula.
Am I suppose to mix 1/8 of a teaspoon in an entire glass of water, or mix it with just a little water, swallow that, then continue to drink a couple of glasses after that??
Confused.

I put it in 8 oz. and took it for a week. Had to stop. Have salt condition and it depleted salt, charcoal took out. Good luck. ,

I do 1/4 tsp. in about 8 oz. of water. I drink a ton of water everyday so I naturally follow it up with more water. I take it once or twice a day.

I thought Byron White said in a teleconference that you mix it in just a small amount of water, drink it, and then drink a full glass of water.
Because of this, I mix it in only about three to four ounces of water.

I must not be the only one confused. Mixing it with a small amount first seems to make more sense because it certainly doesn't mix well.

Here is the reply I received:
Detox 2:
Dosing: Should be taken on an empty stomach with a small amount of water. Stir well with a non metal utensil and swallow. Follow with another glass of water.
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. 1-3 x a day. Take an hour from supplements and 3 hours from medications, on an empty stomach.
It is easier to mix it with a couple ounces of water and drink it and follow it with a another glass of water. But you can mix it with 8 ounces of filtered water as well.
