I've already had the ELISA tests performed elsewhere (which were negative), so which tests do I want from Igenex. I've checked their website and seen what they offer, but I'm not sure what's appropriate as a next step.

Not surprisingly, Igenex doesn't list the price for each test on their website. How much does each test cost, roughly?

www.igenex.com .. Test #188 and 189 .. costs approx $200 total

You may be able to get your ins to reimburse you. I did, but it took me 9 mo to convince them!

PS .. They will send it to you free. When you get the Dr to sign the paperwork and get the blood drawn, then you send the $$$ with it.
