Ema, It sounds very uncomfortable! I haven't had this in my head, but a similar feeling in my chest. I think it is the nerves getting mixed up and sending the wrong feedback of sensation to our brains. Are you consuming any caffeine? Maybe reduce any caffeine, and I agree about magnesium.
Also, maybe some chammomile tea will help calm the nerves down.
