With all of the things we all take everyday, I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like all I do is take pills the entire day! Just wondering if anyone can tell me which of the things I take can be combined in the same glass or swallowed together? Here's my list: Samento, SpiroNil, L-5-MTHF, Vit D, Magnesium, Probiotic, Bicillin IM, San Brucel, San Prot, Japanese Knotweed, EGCg, Quercetin, Cordyceps, Grapefruit Seed Extract.

I am in the same boat so I ask my pharmacist . Not on the same meds as you so maybe that is a start or your health care provider.

I do not like to mix my pills there are a few I do but usually space them 1 to 2 hrs apart. My husband takes 3 or 4 together.

Sorry I am of no help.

Herbs and supplements can be taken together.

Minerals interact with abx and therefore should be taken at least 2 hours apart from abx.

Abx and herbs probably should be taken apart from each other due to the minerals in the herbs.

Vitamins and abx do not seem to interact, so those are safe to take together, from what I understand.

Abx and probiotics most certainly should be taken at least 2-3 hours apart from each other.

Does that help?

And always check with your pharmacist for drug interactions - some medications don't "play nice" with other medications, and most pharmacists are trained on these issues much more thoroughly than most doctors.

Thanks so much for the responses! Razzle, since Samento, SpiroNil, San Brucel, San Prot, and Grapefruit Seed Extract are all liquid drops and all herbs or supplements; do you think I can add them all to the same glass of water at once?
