First let me say I know very little about this subject. However, according to the research that appears to be out there on Enterococcus Infection(EI) talks about EI gaining a big resistance factor throughout the world to various types of antibiotics.
So, I wondered about a natural probiotics or antibiotics that would help with your situation and I found some very useful studies and information that may help you. It appears that of course, GARLIC is very successful with aiding in this type of infection. Other natural compounds are also discussed in the various studies on the link attached. Some studies use a traditional antibiotic in combination with Garlic. Although it appears garlic is the true winner in this battle.

Might try homeopathic Cantharis in addition to other treatments. This remedy is indicated for typical bladder infection symptoms.

tricia, thank you so much for sharing this info. I've been following your threads on IC. I've been fighting a UTI or some type of infection since last last year.
It all began after using a jetted tub at a casio resort. After 3 abx failures, using d-mannose and other supps, all I can accomplish is calming that goes on for maybe 2-3 weeks only to return again.
I've used my rife machine for e-coli, staph, strep and I knew I needed to find the exact bacteria. I'm hoping you have given me the bacteria.
Have you noticed the worse sx of this co-insides with your lyme cycle? The last couple months I noted that when my monthly lyme cycle starts, the more intense pain cycle of UTI comes with it.
Thanks again. And, I've found the frequency that is suppose to hit this bacteria Entercoccus. Lord, I hope so!!!!!!!!!!

I am currently on Amox. Septra. Augmentin. Zitth Samento Banderol Bio Sil and Boulke. They say the amox and augmentin are for the strep d but I have been there done that. I treated this before and It wont go away I think it has some kind of resistence. Or maybe I am not on a high enough dose.

I recently beat an Enterococcus Faecali UTI with 3 weeks of Cephalexin combined with colloidal silver and lots of probiotics. I'm pregnant, and will likely have to stay on the Ceph another 4 months until I give birth to keep it from coming back. I hope that helps...

tricia.. I know you were celebrating your engagement when all of this started. Did you by change indulge in wine or alcohol, followed by sweets you normally would not have eaten?
Maybe a lot of this is candida in the bladder?

Is this the bug that forms biofilm on the bladder lining?

Don't rely on a test to tell you if you have yeast. I saw that you ARE treating yeast. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Exactly why I never give up. Exactly why after 10+ years I still come here to read and educate myself.
Frequency 686 with my rife machine has hit this bacteria. 1st day I did it for 15 minutes each session. Next day pain free and urine non smelling again.
Did it twice again the second day. Yeah, it's good. Thought I'd test this bad boy and skipped the third day.
He had built his army up and was attacking again. So this is one very resistant bacteria. So I think I keep it up daily for a couple weeks before I break again.
Thanks tricia again.
