For those who aren't familiar with DIY liposomals -- you just combine your supplement of choice with granulated lecithin and mix in an ultrasonic cleaner.
I've done a batch of Vitamin C but honestly don't know if I felt anything. I used: 1 cup filtered water 3 tbs lecithin 1 tbs vit c powder w/ 1/2 cup water
I drank the whole thing over 2 days. Does anyone know how much is a good dose?
Also, have you tried DIY glutathione? Any results?
thanks, everyone!

to update: I made another batch of liposomal Vit C last night, this time combining it with a half tbs of reduced glutathione (3500 mg). I made sure to blend the ingredients in the blender (instead of just shaking in a jar) before I put them in the ultrasonic cleaner, and then I ran the ultrasonic cleaner for 15 minutes instead of six. I took 2 tbs. Wow!!
I cannot say it was a good experience, it was weird -- although I did not feel sick I felt sort of high, spacey, unable to lift a finger, very relaxed but not sleepy. Lasted a couple hours and then everything felt the same as before I took the concoction.
Can anyone share their experience with liposomal glutathione or vitamin C?
