Hi everyone. Has anyone experienced what looks like yellow pieces in their stool?

I have been having a lot of nausea and loose stools the past 2 weeks (no vomiting though, thankfully).

My stool is very mushy and it has yellow and orange pieces in it, although I am not consuming foods w/ those colors. It looks like seeds or something.

Is this a sign of parasites/IBS/yeast?

Thanks in advance. Jess

Hi Jess,

yes, this sounds very much like parasites. Check out the symptom list at Humaworm. Yeast is usually present with parasites as well. Hope you can do some antiparasitics to help you get rid of these infections.

Sending hugs to you. [Smile]

Hi Jess,

I'm no expert on parasites (or anything else for that matter).

But I'm wondering if you could benefit from digestive enzymes...

Pure Formulas makes a great one:

Also, to help the gut, there is something called Bastyr Formula B, which contains several herbs that help heal the gut lining:

Of course, also take probiotics.

Sending hugs and best wishes....

It sounds like parasites of some type to me.

Depending on how big the pieces are... they can be tapeworm segments or others.

The seed things may be seeds, as sometimes, for me anyways, seeds get trapped in my intestines somewhere, and if I have loose stools or diareha then it flushes them out.

This could just be undigested food particles which digestive enzymes would help with. Your stools color is not representative of what you ate most times.
