Hello, I have been on IV Rocephin for 6 months and counting and have been suffering the pitfalls of not being able to use my sauna in the meantime. Anyone else have good detox suggestions while on a picc line? (Considering you can't get the dressing sweaty)

Do you have any days off of abx where you could run lactate ringers?
I love them and while I still take deplin, b12 and magnesium I don't do any other detoxing and feel fine.
