Could this be yeast? I had this with a yeast infection. Are they white or light colored?

Could be yeast but is yeast itchy?

These are not yeast. They are pronounced cheek salivary glands ,they are within the connective tissue of the the cheek. There are also glands at the angle of the lower jaw that comes out at the upper first molar. There are also sublingual glands that produce saliva under the tongue. With bumps can be what call lichen planus , which is a benign growth on the cheek and gums that normally comes out with stress , of unknown origin. Docdave

IIRC, lichen planus can be caused by Lyme.
