My mother in law gave me this book. I just started reading it. I know it is not specifically about lyme but as sick as this guy was it sounds like he could have had lyme too.

Was this book helpful to anyone?

Is it the book with a frail guy, then healthy guy on the cover?

In the free chapter on Amazon, it says he got sick after an MMR vaccine at 15. Scary.

Looks very interesting, especially for those with any kind of stomach, GI tract issues. At Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Patient-Heal-Thyself-Remarkable-Groundbreaking/dp/1893910245

Patient Heal Thyself

"Look inside" the book - and see dozens of reader reviews.

Yeah, it is the one with the frail guy on the cover. He was diagnosed with severe chrons disease and then started the Garden of life company after getting well. His symptoms are so bad it sounds like he could definitely have had lyme. Not to mention he says he had a herx reaction after starting a supplement but he hasn't mentioned lyme.

I just started reading so we'll see. Maybe it will help even if it is not specifically about lyme.

Oh, that's an awesome recovery story! Garden of Life is the co that makes Wobenzym.

I had no idea the founder was so sick in the past.

People, who have recovered from chronic disease, including Lyme, are recovering and telling their story.

The common thread is that those who are now well, including me, had to completely change in order for their body, mind and soul to be in a healthy state.

I did not heal with antibiotics. My main therapy was a self-healing holistic therapy from Germany that anyone can do.

I had to change my diet to an anti-inflammatory diet - I'm now on the GAPS diet.

My former dr. showed me how to recognize unresolved emotional trauma and how to release and dissolve my negative thoughts through Mental Field Therapy - again a self-help therapy.

I am now helping others to recognize their unresolved negative thought patterns and replacing them with positive and more loving thoughts.

Healing takes a lot of work but it can be done!
