My dr wants me to try a few colonics and take enhansa cleanse.
I started doing coffee enemas at home with no problems. Are the colonics better? I don't want to spend money in colonics if the coffee enemas give the same results.

Coffee enemas do a good job, but not to the extent a colonic does, IMO. I can't afford to do colonics all the time, so I do coffee enemas in between. Also, coffee enemas provide the added benefit of removing toxins in the liver (colonics don't do this).

Clinics should not be used with leaky gut. Also my LLNP said coffee enemas as well as clinics should always be followed by chlorella.

I've had a colonic before. I don't know if I have leaky gut.
How do you know if you have leaky gut? Well this is concerning.

Leaky gut is an idiopathic diagnosis for something that western medicine doesn't actually know what the cause is. The symptoms are bloating, gas, cramps and food allergies. IMO, it's from parasites (all of it). They have the ability to cause it (my lyme specialist agrees).
Most parasites travel outside the digestive/intestinal tract when they are being attacked (parasite herbs or meds), so you can connect the dots here. They travel whenever and wherever they want to anyway, hence, leaky gut. They wouldn't stop me from getting a colonic, but that's just me. Parasites are part of this earth. We all have them, IMO. Lyme patients just need to knock them back when they get out of hand.
Ellen's suggestion for chlorella is a good idea. Also, usually when you have a colonic they transfer probiotics to your colon at the end of the treatment.
