In early July I started taking supplements to see if I had any yeast issues...turns out I did...I did Candistroy and Candigone, and by the end of the Candigone I started to herx as bad as I ever have...So my Dr gives me more suppliments to help with yeast and I've been doing alright, but last night my stomach felt a bit weird, and I then felt like I was going crazy...like really crazy, worst anxiety and crazy thoughts and deep head pain and pressure that I've ever felt...This was extremely scary and I can't emphasize enough how bad of a state I was in with my thoughts...Is this normal for a yeast die-off?...Lyme and co were never this bad.

OH yes. Most have no clue how bad yeast can get. You might want to check into the Body Ecology Diet. Start making your own fermented vegetables.

Isn't there some stuff that helps with yeast herx?...I would search but that function isn't working.

Also...does foamy, frothy urine mean anything...everytime I went last night and this morning the bowel was full of bubbles...I think I recall reading this on here, but can't remember.

I guess you could try lemon water, anything to help detox. Epsom salt baths, etc.
It can get miserable!

This has been happening to me since starting the Body Ecology diet. I feel terrible like flu like all the time now. I worry it kicked up and infection but could this just be yeast? How long should we expect to herx??

Yeast is a nasty, nasty, thing. If you ingest gluten, it can trick your body into thinking it's yeast and your immune system will go to attack it and cause wide spread inflammation so I would make sure you've cut out gluten. Gluten and yeast look identical to the body. That being said, gluten and yeast can both affect the mind and yeast symptoms/die off can certainly make you feel like you're going crazy and cause anxiety, etc.
I would do the lemon water like Lymetoo said, epsom salts, skin brushing, colonics, anything to detox.
The Candida toxin acetaldehyde requires magnesium to be processed in the body so some of these might be Mg def. symptoms as well.
Off to order some Candistroy and Candigone!

Some of those herbs in Candistroy may very well be anti-parasitic, too, so there are probably multiple things going on.

okay I won't be ordering Candigon b/c it looks like the tincture is up to 55% alcohol which is not good for people with yeast.

Lymetoo-I am eating the fermented veggies. I made them and was unsure of how they are supposed to taste. Mine taste slightly tangy and a little vinegary. Yours?
