Hi folks,
My liver is showing signs of stress (sore tongue, mouth sores mostly) and I want to make sure I am supporting it the best way I can. I use milk thistle and Liver Life, what else?

Thanks

(looks like the other thread got cleaned up/ deleted)

CD57, ever done a coffee enema? Sounds like fun, right?
I have a kit arriving tomorrow, with the realization my liver

and myself need some serious detox. I hit a wall this morning,
wasn't pretty,

and did a castor oil pack followed by a dry skin brush Epsom salt bath- feeling better now early evening.

I push and forget how critical it is to detox and clean up. Years worth. I think the coffee enemas are going to be a big piece of healing for me and my gut issues.

Some thoughts!

Also, I'd love some liposomal glutathione right about now-
don't have any, and it's expensive, but it's at the top of my supplement wish list.

Interesting on the sore tongue issue as I have that too. Been thinking it is lack of liver support. My LLMD recommended NAC. I think I need to resume castrol pack and outing the Infrared mineral lamp on liver and add in more liver support.

What do y'all think of the Pekana Detox Kit for liver, kidney, and adrenals? How many drops do y'all use with it? One of my LLMDs said start at 5 drops and titrate up on it because for some it can be too much. Other LLMDs have said just go for it:/

Zhang's Hepa #2 and liposomal Glutathione were a huge help when my liver enzymes were up.

jam: I use 15 drops of each (Renelix, apo-Hepat and Itires)

I've done 2 coffee enemas now, not really a big deal, after coffee is made 30 minutes tops w/ clean up, and

THE best detox EVER.

Coffee enemas really are the best.....just have to find the time to do them...they are time consuming. Surprise, can you do them at night or just in the AM (caffeine)?

Liposomal glut....which form, the Trifortify? Does that stuff really work?
