So I finally got into the LLMD early they had a cancellation! They did a TON of blood work and are sending me for a SPEC scan.

It will probably still be a few weeks before diagnosis and treatment though. [Frown]

In the meantime I've been having CONSTANT headaches behind my eyes and awful head pressure. Ibuprofen 800 doesn't even touch it most of the time.

Any advice on anything that helps?? Thanks!

Ice packs. Ice packs on the head, neck and hands.

Hang in there--

Lyme positive PCR blood, and
positive Bartonella henselae Igenex, 2011.
low positive Fry biofilm test, 2012.
Update 7/16- After extensive treatments,
doing okay!

Hi Ook,

I had this same symptom.

I found those ice gel packs (the blue squooshy kind) wrapped in a scarf and tied around my head like Rambo helped.

Also, a squooshy blue gel pack on my neck.

It's gotten better with rifampin for bartonella.

Hang in there Ook. Sounds like your LLMD is setting a good baseline for your tests.

For some reason motrin helped me better than advil. It's the same thing but for some reason motrin helped.

Also, make sure you stay hydrated. Coconut water sometimes helps me.

Excedrin helps headache and migraine for me.

Also things that reduce inflammation:
Systemic enzymes
Magnesium
Fish oil
Berberine
