I also have made huge progress on Cowden. In answer to your original question RZR, I'm in the middle of this dilemma right now. I was doing very well on a maintenance dose of Cowden herbs of twice per day (at 30 drops of Banderol or Samento). When I went down to a maintenance dose of once per day, my neuro symptoms started to return. Keep in mind that I've had (mostly untreated) lyme for a LONG time (about 20 years) and my CD57 is very low at 27 last year and 34 this year).
My LLMD now has me off the Cowden herbs and on Protandim, in addition to the herbal supplements I take. I've also recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease by a neurologist which my LLMD thinks may have been caused by the Lyme (and the neurologist doesn't disagree with). I'm not being treated with any traditional Parkinson's drugs, but rather being treated only by my LLMD which we're confident will take care of the Parkinson's (and the neurologist agrees with this approach).

That is interesting.
Can one do the cowden protocol at the same time as abx or do they need to be done separately?
