Would anybody share what antibiotic/supplement or alternative treatment helped the most with joint pain. This is a real problem with my wife and restricts her ability to be more mobile thus living a very sedimentary lifestyle which is not good.
Thanks

I've gotten a lot of relief by going gluten free and also by getting acupuncture. Both have really helped me.
Hope you're able to get some good ideas and some relief for your wife.

Nettle leaf is great for the arthritic joint aches. Buhner recommends 1200mg/day to protect joints from damage caused by Lyme.
And when I get severe stabbing joint pain in my hip, I find essential oils of Copaiba and Clove rubbed topically on the hip to be enormously helpful.
