My adult son is in hospital for Pancreatitis. Another of multiple problems from Lyme. Now a new scare. On his door is a isolation sign for C. Diff. Reading up in this it has to do with taking antibiotics. This really scares me.
Anyone know much about this. I'm concerned my son will have to stop his antibiotics which he needs.

It is significant if he has actually been tested positive and has the symptoms. Daughter went through significant bout with final treatment with dificet (SP) after flagyl and vancomycin did not work. I would check what the sign on the door means.
