Has anyone made liposomal glutathione themselves? How long does it last? And is it a lot cheaper to make it yourself or just a little? Apparently liposomal bypasses digestive system and enters bloodstream so it's as effective as I.V. but much cheaper and easier to use.

I thought this was a very interesting idea so I did a search and this came up:
Sounds really easy. I have lecithin and a sub. blender so I am set to go. I even have the right kind of vitamin C. I just need to get the glutathione.

Here is another recipe.
Heat one cup of distilled water in a ceramic coated or stainless steel pan on your stove (do not heat it in a microwave oven) until almost boiling.
Pour the water into your blender and add three level tablespoons of lecithin and blend until all of the lecithin is totally dissolved in the water.
In one cup of cold distilled water, dissolve one level tablespoon of ascorbic acid. Make sure it is totally dissolved, very important!
Add the ascorbic acid mixture to the lecithin mixture and blend well. Pour the mixture into the ultrasonic cleaner and turn it on. Stir frequently.
The cleaner will turn itself off about every two minutes or so. You continue to stir frequently and turn the cleaner back on until ALL of the foam is gone. Repeat: Continue to stir and turn the cleaner back on until ALL OF THE FOAM IS GONE!! This will take about 30 minutes or so.
When done you will have a mix that is about the color of milk. There will be some settling but shouldn't be much, less than 5% of the mix or so.
When done, pour mix into a reseal able GLASS jar and store in your refrigerator.
Take one teaspoon full of mix once a day.
You can experiment with this amount after you have taken it for awhile to see how it effects you.
Take on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 minutes before eating anything.
Many take it in the morning before breakfast.
It is really sour tasting so many chase it with water to get the taste out of the mouth.
Glutathione Method is exactly the same as above: 3 level tablespoons soy lecithin 1 tablespoon or 7 grams of glutathione powder Proceed exactly as above.

I spent a lot of money buying liposmal artemesinin and EDTA. Now I can make everything myself and make it that much more powerful.
I also ordered a fat binder to take with meals. I will take this at another time and the biofilm will be so starved it will gobble it up.

I got lecithin from the health food store in one of the bulk bins. I was using it for baking low fat things. I have a recipe to make "prune puree" that calls for it. You use prune puree or prune butter instead of butter and it really is wonderful.

It is for detox.
Dr. H gives every new patient a glut "push" (20 minute IV treatment) when they come into his office. Almost everyone raves about how great it makes them feel.
This is a quote from the 2011 talk he did at the ILADS lyme conference:
"Some of my patients get better with glutathione alone. It opens up the detox pathways (is an anti-oxidant)."
Here are some detox tips from Dr. H:
Herxheimer reaction (from 2010 Lyme Conference, Dr. H):
Take-home message: DETOXIFY YOUR LYME PATIENTS!
It does NOT matter what antibiotic you give people, they will NOT get better without detoxification
For Herxheimer reactions: 2 Alka-Selzer Gold (no aluminum) in 8 ounces of water with lemon or lime followed by 6-8 capsules of glutathione or 1500 mg of oral liposomal glutathione.
70% will feel better in hours
On the topic of water: Dilution is the solution to pollution. This suggests that in order to help our bodies detoxify, we must drink more water
