It would be cheaper for me to buy than over the counter herbs. What would you tell me to ask the LLMD for (don't know if I have parasites or not).

I think Ivermectin and Albendazole are popular ones.
Just be aware that they and the parasite die off can be fairly tough on the liver.
Also if you have babesia, which is a protozoa, you may herx very badly.
Don't be surprised if your LLMD says no if you are on heavy duty abx or other meds that are heavy hitters to your liver and kidneys.
Powdered Vitamin C and seal salt work great, and are cheap! An option
