I've heard that gluathione oral does not work, that it is not absorbed well...but I don't know where the truth lies on this.

I do know that some manufacturers are putting glutathione into lipsomal formulas, claiming that the lipsomal preparation is absorbed.

Glutathione should make you feel better, stronger but I agree that if it boosts your immune system enough you could possibly herx, but I would expect that more from IV glutathione, not oral due to low absorption rate, and if you really need glutatione you need a lot of it.

Oral Liposomal Glutathione helps my husband, but does not help me. He calls them his superpills.

I use Glutathione transdermal compounded cream daily when I can't get an IV. I have never herxed on it, just felt better for the rest of the day. It's the only thing that helps me.

I've had good results with: compounded transdermal cream, IV, nebulized (I got the best results with that but had to stop becuase I wheeze), and Quicksilver liposomal Glutathione sublingual spray:

I herxed on both tablet form and liposomal glutathione. I also did IV ozone/UV treatment with glutathione mixed in the IV bag and got very ill. My body is so toxic so that's why I herx when using the glutathione.

The transdermal cream sounds interesting and worth a try.

At one point a few years ago, I was able to get up to three drops of the liposomal glutathione.

Be careful and go slow.

Steve, that is an interesting artilce you posted and then I noticed it was put up by Immunical, a whey supplement, that is very spendy.

I've been advised that Jarrow whey can do just about the same thing. Ive been using Jarrow whey on and off for a long time.

I like the oral form (works for me). It doesn't make me herx, but then I don't take that much. Glut pushes make me herx though.
