i am planning on getting methyl folate. Does it matter the brand? Is Douglas labs any good?

AOR mecofolate is the one I use.
Also I take Thorne B Vitamin #6.

Deplin works best for me. All the other methylfolate supplements have much less than 15 mg and I have to take too many of them to get to the dose I need.
You can send in a prescription to the company who makes Deplin and get it for $144 for 90 days supply if your insurance won't pay for it.
