Hi,

Doing a one week Lactoferrin & Xylitol, 2 weeks Cefdinir, 1week just herbals & Cyrptlepis...

Can't sleep before 3-4am even though exhausted all throughout protocol. Also typical herxing.

BUT, I ate fast food Chinese (buffet) one night mid way through abx 2 wk rotation... literally collapsed (while trying to crawl to bathroom) and lost all muscle control later that night, limp like a rag doll for hours. Correlation?

Also been having severe muscle stiffness/pain & joint pain just in just right leg...doesn't matter if I exercise it, still there.

Any thoughts?

Chinese food often has msg in it.. a known neurotoxin. In your depeteted state it could have really whammed you.

What are you doing to facilitate detox of your liver? Many docs put people on all this stuff but give not one seconds thought to how the liver responds and can overload and back up, which poisons the whole body.

Being unable to sleep is a standard sign of liver stress.

Think about how you might facilitate detox. I have been using coffee enemas for headache and any decline in energy. My doc also put me on Standard Process Liverplex. I am considering the two detox tinctures from nutramedix, one made of parsley for the kidneys and then they have one specific for the liver too.

Hmmm. I had been on Milk Thistle, but only when I was taking abx. No one had said to continue taking it. I wonder if it is enough?

I take Cyptolepsis, Bubur, Sparga and Pinella...these aren't enough or not the right kinds?

I agree with Carmen.

Chinese food often has MSG added, even if not directly by the chef, but in many of the sauces and seasonings used.

I would second taking Milk Thistle again.

I don't know about the others, but cryptolepsis is a broad spectrum herbal antibiotics. It kills strep, staph, lyme, babesia and I am sure bart as well.

So additional liver support is probably a very good idea.

Just something to be aware of, dandelion, which is often an ingredient in many liver forumulations, does have some interactions with other herbs, abx and prescription meds.

So check, check, and double check with everything you are taking if you choose to take a formulation.

Milk Thistle is fairly benign, doesn't interact with much. Buhner said is it as benign as eating a potato. Haha.

Also, my legs sometimes fall out from under me after taking crypto tincture. I am not sure if it is the alcohol, or the mechanisms of crypto.

Just wondering if you took the crypto on the same night you lost muscle control.

I am sorry that happened to you, it sounds very scary!

Greta,

I honestly cannot remember, but I probably did take the Crypto the same day. The only time she doesn't want me taking it is when I'm on the biofilm attack week.

Sounds like maybe it was a 'perfect storm'. Stay away from Chinese (I usually don't eat it anymore anyway)! I'll get more milk thistle and ask about the dandelion.

Thanks.
