This came out of nowhere. I was still having lots of Babesia symptoms just two months ago.

I did 3 rounds of Coartem and Malarone and 1 round of Primaquine/Chloroquine and Artesunate.

I was still having mild chills and sweats, but was really nauseous after my last round, so I took a few days off meds. Then a few more days. It's been a week now and my symptoms are getting better, not worse, off meds.

This is weird.

I've also been working on specific cytokine cascades with IP-6 and Artesunate. I've been inconsistent with my LDN, but I think it still helps.

I feel normal. I eat whatever I want. I don't crash every afternoon then run a fever til nighttime.

Insomnia the last couple nights, so that's not resolved.

I do think I will relapse if I totally stop everything. I'm going to finish my meds on hand, and ask for Ivermectin and Diflucan for my last round.

Then I think I'll go herbal.

We are also planning to build a Rife for maintenance.

I honestly can't believe I'm saying this. I've been sick for almost 20 years and treating for almost 6 years. I was starting to wonder if I'd ever see the end.

The last couple rounds of meds were key in my Babs' fight. And the Artesunate was the most powerful, IMHO.

Know what else is weird? I look at all my supplements, and I'm like, "I don't need these anymore."

This really does come to an end.

Color me shocked.

i hope it is true...it would be a good idea to maintain on herbs

i dont want to be negative but remember how long the cycle is for Bb...

usually they want you to go 2 months without sx before stopping

but if that were the case i never would have stopped tx...but maintaining and supporting with herbs and supps is a good idea

i really hope you continue to just keep getting better

Boxer mom!!!! I think this is great. It's a plan! And you never have to say never! I think your body and your mind is telling you what you need to do right now! It may tell you to go back after a while... But we'll never know if we can stand on our two feet so to speak unless we try!

When I went off abruptly due to gut issues... Everything got worse for a week or two, but then so much better! Some symptoms crept back, til finally I went back on abx after 10/11 months... But my body feels stronger this time! I needed the break.

Enjoy this Christmas Gift!

Fantastic. I am so happy for you!

I am getting good results from HH2 from heparin.com. It didn't cure me before when I used it but this time I am not nearly so sick and it is helping a lot. So maybe the artesunate will keep you well. I sure hope so.

Congratulations. I tough road for sure but you got results for your effort.

Also a maintenance plan. You should be able to maintain the good level of recovery with a little effort.

It is always nice to hear a recovery story. We need a lot more of them.

Boxermom hasn't been on since 2015. If you go to her profile and look at "recent posts" you can see her last updates.

This was not the end for her. She started doing IV in 2015 and seemed to be doing great. Then she stopped posting.

I hope that means she is out living her life, symptom free. But we don't know for sure.
