I pulsed flagyl 2 weeks at a time and the last time (2nd time) it nearly killed me. My LLMD says we ramped up too fast- she suggested started at 3x a week. Would this be effective enough to break any cysts, or does it have to be a certain amount of time to start being effective? It just seems like its not enough....

If you reacted badly to Flagyl, could you use Tindamax instead? I have heard that Tindamax is better tolerated, though I have not used it.
Flagyl has nearly killed me too, and whatever it did, it is still driving me deeper into the ground. I don't think it is fit to be on the market for what it has done to some people.

I'm not sure what has happened. It caused severe neuro issues like not being able to initiate movement, wasting of muscles, numbness and neuropathies, vibrations and vibration sensitivity, severe pain in muscles, loss of weight and mass, funny papular rash, weakness, eye trouble, degenerating circulation, terrible body temp. control, bone pain, joint deterioration, etc. I have literally felt like I've been dying ever since.
Sorry if it's jumbled, it's too complicated to make order or sense of it (and this short list doesn't give an adequate description).
And it hasn't turned around. I don't know if something was damaged, or one or more of the infections went ballistic. I cycle every week, so seems related to infection.
I am now extremely sensitive to treatment. So, it's very difficult to address, but I get very strong "reactions" or actually deterioration especially from doing antiparasiticals. The Lyme and Bart. drugs seem to help. It is very complex and confusing.
But it seems to have been in response to the Flagyl. I would never suggest this drug!!
