I am so tired of getting all these dirty looks from people. Yes I had a bad cold recently but I had enough sense to stay home.
I have done this for years. I sneeze after I eat. Sometimes up to 7 times or more. I do it more in restaurantsn.
My doc says its a histamine response and lots of people do it.
I always say oh its sinus and most people agree. However we just got back from a christmas dinner and I started sneezing. This guy at another started glaring at me and said something to his wife. I could tell it was about me.
No I dont have the plague...its sinus...
I am not going to take benadryl every time I go out but man I get tired of this..
I dont think its lyme tho..or is it...

If you sneeze after you eat, you ate something you are allergic to.
We know you have fungal issues, so I would imagine carbs in general, some fresh steamed ground growing veggies (as they get may contain mold) and of course wheat, gluten, and sugar will have you sneezing and clogged after you eat. I went through this too, until I cleaned up the fungal issues with Diflucan and oil of oregano daily for months.

Could be due to a rich meal? Like lots of cream, etc?
My mom is prone to doing this, and I have a little of it too - we used to rate restaurants in the past by my mom's number of sneezes - this was a 3-sneeze restaurant, that one was a 6-sneeze restaurant...

Fungus from carbs. Lower your carbs, significantly, and it will stop.

Probably from sugar. It lowers your immune system right away and whatever viruses you've been exposed to have an easier time gaining a foothold. Chocolate does it to me (alcohol too).

When I did rifampin I had this symptoms alot. So my guess it is either babs, chlamydia or bart due to rifampin hitting both.

I agree wih lymeinhell. It's something you ate. Orange juice will do that to me, although limes and lemons are fine.

Interesting lymeinhell,
I never put 2 & 2 together but I always sneeze after eating eggs. ALWAYS.
And isn't that something common that people are allergic to?
