Hi there, I am currently on 4 meds for Bart ( Rifampin, doxy, cefuroxime and hydroxychloroquine). We decided to start with Bart as that was my only positive test. I have been on this combo for one month, for the first week I felt pretty groggy, but either than that, not too bad. Just today I noticed that I had a few stretch marks on my arms that were never there before. I know Bart can cause these, but does this mean that the treatment is or isn't working? Any input would be much appreciated, thank you!

They can appear before treatment- they are known as striae. For us, they appeared more red and developed and in new places after starting treatment. Our LLMD and another Lyme healer we dealt with both said they should ultimately disappear before concluding treatment.
I would like to hear other's experience/knowledge of this.

My son had these across his back, specifically horizontally at the waist, before he started treatment with his LLMD. They have since disappeared.
