I've found it helpful. Heed what Lymetoo says about spacing away from food and vitamins. I have taken it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or before bed.
Attogram has a three part treatment especially for yeast. It includes: bentonite, psyllium and caprol oil (from coconut oil...I use coconut oil sometimes with it. You can Google Attogram and read more.
Good luck!

I've used it a lot over the years as a toxin binder. I like Great Plains Bentonite because it is pure and safe to take internally.
I take it the same as other binders, away from everything else.

Hey Maddog,
We have not taken it internally.
We bathed in it for awhile.
I used it to detox from some medicines that I took too much of. I venture to guess that it probably saved my life.
But, I'm not sure how helpful it is at pulling toxins out of the body that have been there for a couple of years. I think if you need that, then you must take it internally, from what I have heard and read.
We use the brand by Living Clay.
One think I don't like about it is how airborne it becomes. I don't like it in my lungs or crunching it in my teeth.
Try to mix it with a small amount of water before you put it in your tub. That will cut down on the dust, but it still, somehow, gets around.
...and it is heck on the plumbing. It took forever for me to rinse the sludge down the drain.
Be sure to stay hydrated-

Great Plains is already mixed so there is no powder. If you take it internally you thin it with water.
