This could be good news if methylation workarounds could help slow these diseases.
They didn't look at how Lyme & Co interact with methylation, of course. Perhaps it's not just coincidence that a lot of people with Lyme also have methylation-related mutations.

Methylation impairment also impairs the immune system. And Lyme is also known to impair methylation even in those who do not have methylation genetic issues.
